Sizzle's Kitchen is the only dedicated commercial & commissary kitchen in the Redding area. We have four kitchens for rent - Chef's Kitchen, Bakers Kitchen, a restaurant style kitchen, and a cold kitchen (no range or oven). The Baker's Kitchen and the Chef's Kitchen are perfect for food production as well as classes and video production. The cold kitchen works well for business that do not require cooking, such as charcuterie, fermenting, kombucha, etc. We have a walk-in cooler for cold storage, two dry storage areas, and two locking dry storage rooms for rent on a monthly basis.
A coffeehouse was recently added to give our production clients an outlet to sell their products, and to invite the public in to visit. This space may be leased out to the right party separately from the main kitchen.
Kitchens rent for $30 per hour with monthly rates available depending on your needs.
Dry storage for $40 per month
Cold storage for $50 per month.
