It comes equipped with a 20 Qt Hobart mixer, three kitchen aid mixers,
sheeter machine for fondant or doughs,
Commercial convection oven for baking, three compartment sink, rack for cooling cookie sheets.
Well equipped with cookie sheets, cupcake tins, large muffin tins, cake pans, scrappers, silverware, decorating tips and other kitchen needs.
Available for use by the hour or day.
Monday thru Friday 7 to 6
No parking space for large trucks. No fryer or grills. We are approved by the State Agriculture Department, but not the Health Department.
Commercial fridge for day use.
