Small 160 sq ft Kitchen Available Inside Local Bar – Worthington/Dublin Area

We have a compact, fully equipped 160 square foot kitchen inside our small neighborhood bar off 161 in the Worthington/Dublin area. The bar has 60 seats and can serve up to 100 people.

The kitchen includes a conveyor pizza oven, small electric griddle, steam wells, and plenty of refrigeration and freezer space.

We're looking for an experienced food operator or purveyor to take over the kitchen. Ideal candidates are those who want to run both bar service and delivery out the back door. You must be able to operate at least 6 days a week for a minimum of 55 hours, covering full dinner service. Lunch service is a big advantage. 7 days a week is preferred.

We want either classic bar fare or something interesting that fits a bar crowd. Keep your pricing in this range: meals $12–15, appetizers $5–9.

This setup is perfect for someone already running a ghost kitchen or commissary looking for a steady outlet with built-in bar traffic plus delivery potential.
