Fully stocked commercial kitchen. Currently available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Accommodations can be made for deliveries as well as pickup of cooked items on other days. Flexible lease terms. Refrigerated and freezer storage space can be provided (shared).

Parking can be provided during agreed usage times depending on exact schedule. Adjacent structure parking is at the lessor's cost if used.

Can discuss all lease details upon request prior to application.

Kitchen also contains a commercial dishwasher. Tenants can bring in their own equipment if required and store on-site.
