Do you love to bake and sell your delicious goodies at the farmer's market, online, bakeries or among friends and family?

Are you looking to host or cater an event - wedding, baby shower, retirement party or other gathering - and prepare food for your guests?

We have a fully licensed commercial kitchen for all your cooking needs right in the heart of the Hudson Valley! In addition to the commercial kitchen prep space, ovens, warmer/braisers, kitchen equipment (pots, pans, sheet pans, utensils, etc), use of coffee machine & microwave, we provide cleaning and sanitizing supplies. A shelf for storage may also be provided to you, if you need. Let us know!

At this time, we do not have cold storage (refrigerator or freezer) available.

If you feel like our kitchen is a good fit for your needs, we will ask you to create a Client Account on The Food Corridor. Contact us for availability & tell us a bit about yourself!

Pricing

$25/hr - Rentals typically take place in 4-hour blocks at a time.

$200/month - for Food Trucks who need to list a commissary kitchen per county requirements.

Business license (or proof of nonprofit status), certificate of liability insurance, and respective food service county permits are required to rent the kitchen.

$100 - There will be an initial charge of $100 security deposit to reserve your space.
