At SMNT Community Kitchen in South Etobicoke, we offer a fully equipped, professional-grade kitchen designed for caterers, bakers, meal-prep businesses, and food entrepreneurs.

Features include:
- 2 Garland commercial gas ovens (10 burners total)
- 1 Garland gas oven with griddle (3 burners)
- 2 Frigidaire convection ovens
- Commercial mixers, food processors, large prep island
- Pots, pans, utensils, serving equipment
- Limited cold/freezer storage
- Laundry access (washer/dryer)

We welcome long-term tenants who need a reliable base for their operations. Occasional one-time use is possible, but subject to a minimum charge of $300 per booking.

Current Availability (Weekly)
- Mondays
- Tuesday–Thursday: 2 PM – 8 PM
- Fridays: after 2 PM- or all day every other week
- Saturdays
- Sunday after 5PM

Requirements
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate
- Proof of $2M liability insurance (we can help you arrange this- it is affordable and can be secured quickly)
- Signed rental agreement
- Clean the kitchen after use and return it in the same condition as received
- Respect shared space guidelines and scheduling

Pricing (2025)

We do not rent hourly. Rentals are only by monthly package (or occasional one-time use, min. $500).

Monthly Packages:

A. Starter: $900/month
- Tue - Thu after 2 PM

B. Growth : $1,400/month
- Tue - Thu after 2 PM,
- Mondays until 5PM

Established: $2,000/month
- Mondays daytime,
- Tue - Thu after 2 PM,
- Fridays (all day)

Partner: $2,500
- Mon daytime,
- Tue - Thu after 2 PM,
- Fridays (all day)
- Saturdays (all day)

One-time Use (rare): $500-$1,000 per booking
