$25/hour — 4-hour minimum

Prep Stations (Non-Cooking) (7 available)
$15/hour — 1-hour minimum

Bakery
$25/hour — 4-hour minimum
Includes roll-in oven & proofer, dough sheeter, stove, and 60 qt mixer

Conference Room
$50/hour — 2-hour minimum
Seats 12 with a smart screen for presentations

Storage Options
Cold Storage (Refrigerator + Freezer): $69/month

Dry Storage: $46/month
Available to commissary tenants and food trucks

Food Truck Support

Tier 1 – $75/month: Gray water disposal, Used oil disposal, Clean potable water refill, Access to warewashing station, food storage (for additional fees as listed)

Tier 2 – $100/month: All Tier 1 services plus Overnight non-vending parking with 50 amp shore power hookup
