We are currently seeking for a tenant to sublease our kitchen. The layout features ample counter space, ideal for food preparation and production. We have recently updated certifications on all the safety devices throughout the kitchen. Included in the lease are water, trash service, and electricity. Different lease options available, to suit your business needs. First and last month's rent is required at the time of lease signing.

Pricing

We are looking for a tenant to sublease our commercial kitchen. A few options are available:
A non refundable deposit is required prior to move in

40 hrs/month – $800 per month
80 hrs/month – $1,500 per month

Included with both packages:
Specific days and times of access
Shared space in dry storage area
One (1) dry storage rack
Shared space in the walk-in cooler and freezer
One (1) shelf in the walk-in cooler
One (1) shelf in the freezer
1–2 prep tables
No more than 2 additional people at any given time
Utilities included
Tenant shall be named as an additional insured in any insurance policies and deliver proof to Landlord as proof that adequate insurance is in force, issued by companies reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

24/7 Access – $2,200 per month
Included:

24/7 access (with agreed-upon specific dates/times for primary usage)

Shared dry storage area

One (1) dry storage rack

Use of walk-in cooler

One (1) shelf in the walk-in cooler

One (1) shelf in the freezer

1–2 prep tables

Utilities included

Tenant shall be named as an additional insured and carry a $1,000,000 aggregate policy as required by Landlord, providing proof that adequate insurance is in force, issued by companies reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

What makes our kitchen great is that it is owned in a collective business venture with an event rental company and florist business to create an opportunity for catering bookings.
