We are currently seeking for a tenant to sublease our kitchen. The layout features ample counter space, ideal for food preparation and production. We have recently updated certifications on all the safety devices throughout the kitchen. Included in the lease are water, trash service, and electricity. Different lease options available, to suit your business needs. First and last month's rent is required at the time of lease signing.

Pricing

PRICING:
We are looking for tenant to sublease our kitchen. A few options are available:
40 hrs/month - $800 per month
80 hrs/month - $1,500 per month
*Specific days and times of access
*Shared space in dry storage area
*Shared space in walk-in cooler/freezer
*1-2 prep tables
*No more then 2 additional people at any given time
*Utilities included
*Tenant shall be named as an additional insured in any insurance policies and deliver proof to Tenant as proof that adequate insurance is in force issued by companies reasonably satisfactory to Tenant.

24/7 per month - $2000 per month
*Specific days and times of access
*Shared dry storage area
*Use of walk-in cooler
*1-2 prep tables
*Utilities will be a flat rate based upon share of time in the kitchen.
*Tenant shall be named as an additional insured in insurance policies and carry a $1,000,000 dollar aggregate in the policy as per tenant's requirement by Landlord and deliver proof to Tenant as proof that adequate insurance is in force issued by companies reasonably satisfactory to Tenant.

What makes our kitchen great is that it is owned in a collective business venture with an event rental company and florist business to create an opportunity for catering bookings.
