When new tenants join the kitchen, we make sure each business’ schedules line up so that everyone is able to use the equipment and tablespace they need at their desired work times. As a result, we do not accept all businesses who apply.
All tenants provide their own ingredients, small wares, dish soap and sponges. We provide towel service, bleach, and cleaning supplies needed to clean the tables and surfaces after use.
At Sweet Spot Kitchen we genuinely care about your ability to grow your business. Our rates are structured to be affordable to businesses just starting out. Over the years our tenants have formed a wonderful community who lift each other up. Less businesses working in a shared space provides a clean, productive, and safe work environment.
***Please note, our kitchen is governed by the Dept. of Agriculture only so we cannot accommodate any businesses governed by the Health Department***
Rather than paying by the hour, tenants pay a flat fee each month based on a range of hours, equipment usage, and storage needed. We believe a busy month should not increase your overhead. If a business is growing (which we hope they do!) and is consistently going over their hours for 2 months, we reevaluate the monthly rate based on the new hours needed.
