Description

The kitchen is located in a farmhouse on 7 acres within 6 miles of downtown Athens. The kitchen area is 179 sq ft. It has a new commercial stove and commercial dishwasher. An adjacent room is available as shared space (169 sq ft) for prep. It has a commercial refrigerator, a chest freezer, a mop sink, and access to bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a pantry. There is a walk-in cooler (7ft x 5 ft). There is an herb garden just outside the door and a fenced vegetable garden where space is available. We have some basic kitchen equipment but there is storage space for you to keep your own equipment on site.
The septic system is not equipped to handle food trucks.
