We provide affordable, shared-use kitchen space to food entrepreneurs, small businesses, culinary programs, caterers and community cooks. We believe in building local food systems that nourish our community and support economic development.
We aim to create an equitable, welcoming food production space that supports local agriculture, honors cultural footways and helps small food businesses succeed.
TCEDC Kitchen provides hands-on support for all kitchen clients. We are building an incubator program starting in 2026 to encourage more small food businesses in Taos County. Our team helps with business planning, pricing, licensing, marketing and more. We also organize training workshops, food safety classes and networking opportunities.
Whether you're just starting out or growing your business, we're here to guide you every step of the way!
Membership plans are built to order based on your needs. Kitchen rental is $25/hr with storage spaces available.
