Tall ceilings with skylights makes our kitchen a pleasure to work in. No high maintenance scheduling with access to create own schedule on shared calendar. Access 24/7 seven days a week. We welcome, start ups, food market vendors, caterers, private chefs, & the home entrepreneur. All are welcome

Pricing

We have a minimum three month use of our kitchen to start. We offer hourly, monthly and yearly rates. Rates start at $600-$3500 depending on use. Deposit is required equal to rent plus a $600 one time membership fee that covers all the cost of daily use. Included in use is all electricity, water, compost, trash and other utilities.
