Pricing

Pricing Overview for Our Culinary Space:

Experience exceptional value with our flexible pricing options tailored to meet your needs:

Daily Rate: $600 for a maximum of 8 hours, plus an additional hour for cleaning. Any extra hour beyond this will be billed at $65.
Cleaning Fee: A $100 cleaning fee will be applied if the kitchen is left unclean, deducted from your security deposit.
Monthly Reservations: Enjoy a discounted rate of $3,500 for 9 hours per day, which includes one weekly deep cleaning and bi-weekly inspections to ensure everything remains in top condition.

Hourly Rentals: For those who prefer more flexibility, our hourly rate is $75.

Security Deposit: A deposit of $100 is required for all rentals.

Requirements: Renters must provide a valid ID or driver’s license, a ServSafe or other food handler certification. Additionally, we ask that you submit a video upon checkout to confirm the kitchen is left as it was found. Please note, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Willing to negotiate pricing for the right client. Discounts for anyone renting the space after normal business hours (10p-12p daily, Monday & Wednesday)
