Pricing

Pricing Overview for Our Culinary Space:

Experience exceptional value with our flexible pricing options tailored to meet your needs:

Daily Rate: $525.00 for a maximum of 10 hours, plus an additional hour for cleaning. Any extra hour beyond this will be billed at $55.00

Cleaning Fee: A $100 cleaning fee will be applied if the kitchen is left unclean, deducted from your security deposit.

Monthly Reservations: Enjoy a discounted rate of $3,000.00 for 10 hours per day, which includes one weekly deep cleaning.

Hourly Rentals: For those who prefer more flexibility, our hourly rate is $55.00 with a minimum of 3 hours.

Security Deposit: A deposit of $100 is required for all rentals.

Requirements: Renters must provide a valid ID or driver’s license, a ServSafe or other food handler certification. Additionally, we ask that you submit a video upon checkout to confirm the kitchen is left as it was found. Please note, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
