Description
The Block was formed in the summer of 2021. Members in the rural community of Fort Morgan identified a need for small food-related businesses in the area to be able to adequately store, prepare and distribute their goods, in accordance with local health department regulations. Until now, commissary kitchen space has been little to none in the northeastern Colorado region.
Our organization has now found it’s physical home at The Block, a commercial kitchen and event space. We are excited to be able to offer 12,000 square feet of not only a fully equipped commercial kitchen, but also versatile event space, ready for many occasions. We hope that our space fits your needs, and most importantly, supports business growth and expansion into our surrounding communities.
Pricing
Peak Hours: 7 am-7 pm
Full Usage: $20/hour
Prep, Temperature Holding and/or Dishwasher Only: $10/hour
Off-Peak Hours: 7 pm-7 am
Full Usage: $15/hour
Prep, Temperature Holding and/or Dishwasher Only: $5/hour
Temperature Controlled Storage: 1 vertical section of 4 shelves
Walk-In Refrigerator: $15/week or $50/month
Walk-In Freezer: $15/week or $50/month
Dry Storage
Small Shelf: $10/ week or $20/month
Medium Shelf: $15/week or $30/month
Large Shelf: $20/week or $40/month
Stationary Buffet Line Rental (Hot & Cold): $20/hour
Pop-Up Restaurant or Shop in The Commons: $50 per event
Mobile Food Truck Space Rental: $50 per event
