Welcome to The Commons! Our Federal Way location (2513 Federal Way, Boise, ID) is a fully equipped, commercial-grade commissary kitchen with a full hotline, prep tables, dish station, and cold + dry storage -- available 24/7, year-round, with on-site overnight parking.

Membership Tiers:
- A La Carte: No commitment, pay list rate for kitchen time and storage as you go.
- Standard ($2,200/mo): 10% off everything you book (kitchen time, storage, and more), plus 80 included kitchen hours/month and 1 free storage shelf.
- Pro ($3,600/mo): 20% off everything you book, plus 150 included kitchen hours/month and 1 full storage rack, staff-assigned.

Kitchen time is billed prime ($40/hr) or non-prime ($20/hr, 11pm-4am), with your tier discount applied on top. Cold storage is available as a whole rack ($500/mo) or a split shelf ($150/mo).

Pricing

Kitchen time: $40/hr prime (4am-11pm), $20/hr non-prime (11pm-4am). Includes hotline stations, one prep table, and session-only cold storage access while you work. Dish-station-only access also available.

Cold storage: whole rack $500/mo, or a split shelf $150/mo.
