We are a licensed full-service kitchen open 24 hours on the northwest side of town located at 8329 Michigan Rd in the same parking lot as 5th 3rd Bank, across from Aldi and Lowes.

Our facility offers a top-notch shared commercial kitchen ideal for chefs, caterers, and mobile food businesses. With ample space for cooking classes and a fully equipped cloud/ghost kitchen, licensed food entrepreneurs can bring their culinary visions to life.

Kitchen Membership & Application Fees
Application Fees:
Chef & Caterers: $150.00; Food Trucks: $275.00

Membership Options:
Licensed Chefs, Caterers & Inspiring Cooks
Monthly Pre-Pay Membership: $245.00
Includes 7 hours of kitchen use at discretion
Additional hours: $35.00 per hour

Food Truck Prep-Only Membership: $245.00
Minimum 7 hours for food trucks, trailers, and hotdog carts
Additional hours: $35.00
Hours do not carry over to the next month—use it or lose it.

Ghost kitchen vendors fee $1000.00 per month; minimum of 20hrs @$50/hr.
