The D Loft Café/Commercial Kitchen Collaborative is a group of chefs and food-based professionals across the metropolitan Detroit area who care about how they source, cook, and serve food and are doing their part to provide creative foods to the masses. This group of food professionals is a diverse, collaborative, and engaged collection of professionals dedicated to elevating food both savory and sweet. Our membership includes chefs, tastemakers, innovators, food scientists, R&D professionals and others involved with the product development and innovation. We also have a strong membership with professionals who support product development, such as marketers, researchers and consultants that assist up and coming food professionals to ensure they have the right tools, certifications, knowledge and experience to carry the business well into the future.
