The D Loft Café/Commercial Kitchen Collaborative is a group of chefs and food-based professionals across the metropolitan Detroit area who care about how they source, cook, and serve food and are doing their part to provide creative foods to the masses. This group of food professionals is a diverse, collaborative, and engaged collection of professionals dedicated to elevating food both savory and sweet. Our membership includes chefs, tastemakers, innovators, food scientists, R&D professionals and others involved with the product development and innovation. We also have a strong membership with professionals who support product development, such as marketers, researchers and consultants that assist up and coming food professionals to ensure they have the right tools, certifications, knowledge and experience to carry the business well into the future.   The first step is to complete the informational session which can be found at: https://calendly.com/thedloftkitchen/informationsession this is where we go into greater detail and answer any questions that may impact your decision.Upon completion of the session you will be able to register with the Kitchen by using this link https://calendly.com/thedloftkitchen/registration . Baking Station: Double full-size oven, Prep Table(s), Hobart Mixer, Table Mixer, Rolling sheet pan racks, Sheet pans (Full size and half size) Shared use for cooking & baking stations:
Cleaning/Sanitizing Equipment: 3 compartment ware washing, sink 1 compartment prep sink, 2 hand washing sinks, Mop sink & Janitorial supplies for cleaning.
