The Entrepreneur Space is the longest-running kitchen incubator of its kind in New York. Since opening in 2010, we've been the launching pad for more than 850 food and beverage entrepreneurs – including some who have gone on to the shelves of Whole Foods and Walmart... and even the stage of "Shark Tank."

We have a 6,500sq ft commercial kitchen with all the industrial-grade tools you need to bring your product to life. Clients have access to millions of dollars worth of ovens, mixers, freezers, proofers, and other tools, as well as thousands of small tools, utensils, and more. And we offer all of this at rates about 30% lower than comparable for-profit kitchens.

But we're so much more than just a kitchen. All clients get access to the full suite of no-cost programming from our parent organization, the Queens Economic Development Corporation. This support includes:

- Education and technical assistance, including business registration and access to capital
- Eligibility for our "Made in Queens" certification and marketing program, which includes exclusive retail and media opportunities
- Eligibility for the Queens Tech + Innovation Challenge, an annual startup competition with up to $100,000 in prizes.

As a non-profit, we're not just here to rent you a kitchen – we're first and foremost invested in your success. The Entrepreneur Space is a program of the Queens Economic Development Corporation, but it is open to all prospective applicants regardless of Queens residency.

Day (7:30am-3:30pm): $265
Evening (4:00pm-11:30pm): $215
Overnight (12:30am-6:30am): $180

All shifts include 2 hours of no-cost dedicated staff support from one of our experienced Culinary Assistants. These teammates can help prep ingredients, pack products, clean your workstation, or whatever else you need.
