The Factory is a fully permitted commissary kitchen and private event venue in downtown Santa Barbara, built for chefs, caterers, bakers, food trucks, and small food producers who need a serious place to work.
The kitchen includes 1,000+ sq ft of shared production space, 24/7 keyed access, hot line equipment, prep space, storage, sanitation, RO water, ice, Wi-Fi, and access to our private event space at preferred tenant rates.
Tenants must be licensed and insured.
