I have created a state-of-the-art kitchen, opened June 2024, in a peaceful woodland setting in order for chefs/cooks, myself included, to nurture people and our community with love-infused food. We begin with peace within ourselves in order to create the same for others and so this gorgeous kitchen came forth. I invite all those with similar missions to inquire about how they might make use of this kitchen in service to the highest good of all beings, with truth and kindness as the foundation.

We accept a limited number of TENANTS at $30 - 38/hour + utilities and optional towel service and event space. In order to assure optimal flow of the kitchen our clients are rigorously chosen to ensure the high standards of ethical business practices and use of the kitchen to allow all businesses to thrive. The kitchen is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. All rental time must be prepaid and billable utility and optional towel service due upon receipt of monthly invoice.

Two brand new Rational iCombi Pro ovens will reduce your kitchen time substancially! No noisy exhaust fan, either! In seeking to be ecological, we have induction burners & on demand hot water. We recycle and hot compost to keep waste to a minimum.

We also rent our light & cozy meeting/tasting room suitable for events for 2-15 guests. There is additional space for fair weather events on our spacious deck, surrounded by trees and a covered patio. We have heaters for cooler weather.

The Food Fairy® Mobile Soup Kitchen 501 (c)3 will soon be preparing and delivering free soup to communities in North Carolina.

We don't have grey water dumping available but know of a place you can dispose of grey water.

Pricing

Non-refundable Deposit: $300
Hourly: $30-$38 paid in advance
Utilities: $28-$38 for 16 hrs per month, billed monthly, payable upon receipt
Dry & Cold storage: $5 per foot per month, billed monthly, payable upon receipt
Freezer storage: $7.50 per foot per month, billed monthly, payable upon receipt
Optional Towel Service: ($25-75 per month depends on the quantity of towels), payable upon receipt
10 hour monthly minimum, negotiable

Event space, upstairs room rental: $55-75 per hour, may or may not include outdoor space depending on needs, season and possible purchasing of food or Food Fairy catering services.
