At The Galley, our mission is to provide a certified, commercial-grade kitchen and food staging area that supports local food entrepreneurs and businesses, enabling them to grow and prosper. Time in the kitchen is rentable by the hour or with a monthly contract. Whether you bake muffins, have a food truck, or cater on the side, we have the commercial grade equipment for your needs. Have a specialized piece of equipment? Bring it along - we'll find space for that too. Our facility was designed and built in 2020 with maximum flexibility in mind for our clients. Kitchen use is $25/hour for general use. $22/hour for clients who rent more than16 hours a month. Dry, cold and freezer storage space available. No membership or application fees ever.
