The mission of the Idaho Commercial Kitchen at the Idaho Innovation Center is to provide an affordable certified commercial kitchen space where food entrepreneurs can safely craft their culinary products as well as receive business support to properly market their food and/or services.

The Vision of the Idaho Commercial Kitchen at the Idaho Innovation Center is to grow the culinary experiences of local food entrepreneurs in Eastern Idaho.

$25 Per Hour if less than 10 hours per month
$20 per hour if great than 10 hours per month or Non-Profit

CLEANING FEE—$50 per occurrence if needed

Chef Availability–$25/hour
$100 Security Deposit Required ($50 non-refundable)—Refunded 30-60 days after final use
