Welcome to The Kitchen @ Haley Street — a professional, shared-use commissary kitchen in downtown Santa Barbara designed for focused, serious food operators.

This is a fully equipped, production-ready space featuring a 13-foot commercial hood, generous cookline, 3-compartment sink, dedicated prep sink, floor drains, grease trap, two walk-in refrigerators, and a walk-in freezer. The layout is clean, efficient, and intentionally organized to support smooth workflow and real output.

The environment is calm, orderly, and maintained to professional standards. It is not a training kitchen or hobby space. It is built for experienced chefs, caterers, bakers, and food producers who value structure, cleanliness, and a respectful working atmosphere.

Pricing

MEMBERSHIP TIER & FEES
Renter shall enroll in one of the following tiers and agrees to pay the corresponding fees and overage rates. Hours do not roll over. Monthly memberships are auto-billed on the 5th of the month. Overage hours and add-ons are billed monthly.

Tier Selection (check one):
Pay-As-You-Go – $55/hour

Mid-Tier – $650/month (20 hrs incl.; $40/hr overage) Upper-Tier – $1,100/month (40 hrs incl.; $35/hr overage)

Full-Time – $2,500/month (80 hrs incl.; $30/hr overage)

Pay-As-You-Go 4 Hour Block Requirement
All Pay-As-You-Go reservations require a minimum four (4) consecutive hour booking. Unused reserved time is non-refundable.
4 Hourly Block minimums (Pay-As-You-Go Only):
4 Hours – $220 8 Hours – $440 12 Hours – $660
Custom Block: Hours × $55 = $

-RATE STABILITY & ADJUSTMENTS
Rates are fixed during the Initial Term. Facility guarantees no rate adjustments will occur prior to twelve (12) months from the Effective Date. Beginning twelve (12) months after the Effective Date, Facility may adjust membership rates based on operating costs, market conditions, and facility improvements, with no less than sixty (60) days written notice and no more than one adjustment within any twelve (12) month period.

-STORAGE RIGHTS
Storage is assigned, labeled, and monitored by Facility. Storage is not communal and may not be expanded without approval. Pay-As-You-Go users receive no storage and no overnight holding. Included storage for monthly tiers is defined below. Improperly labeled, expired, or improperly stored items may be removed at Renter’s expense.
