Kitchen Network Commissary is Denver’s longest running shared kitchen incubating approximately 150 specialty food businesses each year. We are the first step in being compliant with county regulations. With 11 private commercial kitchens, 2,500 square foot commissary and 12,000 square foot facility we make starting and growing your business affordable. However, it is our knowledgeable team, full time maintenance crew, and members that make this place unlike any other commissary.

We believe that great chefs and innovative ideas will thrive in today’s food savvy market, which is why it is our objective to make starting your specialty food business easy. Starting with our educated and experienced staff to providing you with a premier commercial kitchen that allows you to scale up production with no restrictive commitments as you start developing your niche. Pricing

Commissary Monthly Membership: $100 per month
(Includes Affidavit of Commissary’s, fresh water, and the disposal of gray water, trash, grease, and oil.)

Kitchen Time: $20 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments
The kitchen is accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We do not require you to have a time slot, as well as, we do not require a minimum number of hours to be worked in the kitchen per month. Flexibility encouraged!

Dry and Refrigeration Storage: $30 per month per space
Spaces vary in size (Minimum dimensions: 36 inches x 24 inches x 16 inches)

Freezer Storage: $40 per month (Minimum dimensions: 36 inches x 36 inches x 22 inches)

Mobile Unit Parking: $350 per month, includes electricity.

Temporary Kitchen Rental: TBD
