Our 4,000 sq ft warehouse facility is comprised of 5 commercial kitchens, 1 bake kitchen, and 4 cold prep tables. We also provide storage facilities on a fee rental basis for dry storage, cold storage, & freezer storage as well. TKT is available to our clients 24 hours a day.

Monthly rates are based on number of hours.
20 – 25hrs | ($700 – $875/mo)
26 – 45hrs | ($858 – $1,485/mo)
46 – 65hrs | ($1,426 – $2,015/mo)
66 – 85hrs | ($1,914 – $2,645/mo)*
*85+ hours are negotiated separately
