Our kitchen offers the following:
A bakery that has two standing mixers, two ovens, baking proofer, and six prep tables.
A large cold prep space that offers 4 prep tables, two walk-in fridges, and walk-in freezer
A commercial grade sanitizing dishwasher
A kitchen housing 4 - 6 burner ranges, donut fryer, 2 floor fryers, combination oven, charbroiled, countertop cooler, and 7 prep stations
Retail shop where our makers can sale their goods
Conference Room
Second kitchen - To be equipped at a later date
