Commercial amenities include: deep fryer, 26" char-grill, stovetop with oven, commercial dishwasher/sanitizing station, turbo fan convention oven, ice machine, reach in freezer and walk-in and reach-in refrigeration space, plenty of counter space, plenty of dry storage space and use of pots/pans, etc. The space is usually vacated daily by 4pm.
