We are well set up to accommodate food trucks, bakers, and cottage industry businesses wanting to expand!

We have an oven, large mixer, 3 compartment sink, fridges, freezers, dry storage, grease trap, and a large amount of room!

Pricing

We are on a monthly tier based pricing where you pay in advance for the hours at a specific rate. It then shows if you need more hours than planned and what the additional cost per hour is!

Tier 1: $210 (6 hrs/mo, $35/hr for additional)
Tier 2: $300 (10 hrs/mo, $30/hr for additional)
Tier 3: $450 (18 hrs/mo, $25/hr for additional)
Tier 4: $680 (34 hrs/mo, $20/hr for additional)
Tier 5: $910 (52 hrs/mo, $17.50/hr for additional)
 
Tiers are locked in quarterly. Cost for each tier is prepaid for the month. There is a $350 security deposit for all tiers. All tiers include utilities, dry storage, cold storage, and cleaning supplies. Users must provide their own single use materials,
ingredients, utensils, small wares, and other special items necessary to their specific production needs.
