While all food-based businesses are welcome, we hope this kitchen can serve to increase entrepreneurship opportunities for underserved and low-income communities. We hope that the shared use of this space can not only help individuals, but also contribute to broader conversations around justice and equity in our community. We're looking to multiply the good this wonderful community already possesses!

We offer some specialty kitchen equipment including a 20qt stand mixer, food dehydrator, blender, spice grinder, food processors, and an electric spiralizer. There is a limited selection of shared spices as well as an abundance of good vibes!

We do expect that all our partners, both in the kitchen and the rest of the Neighborhood Co-Op, abide by our shared values: Dignity, Community, Investment & Good.

KITCHEN MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
Mobile Vendor Membership - $100/month or $500/year
For mobile vendors, food trucks, hot dog carts
Price includes (unlimited) access to kitchen for water, ice, and washing dishes
Prep & cooking is an additional fee, $18/hour

Commissary Membership, Start-Up Package - $120/month
Includes all standard equipment, prep & cooking privileges
Includes up to 8 hours kitchen time per month
Additional hours billed at $18/hour

Commissary Membership, Next Step Package - $315/month
Includes all standard equipment, prep & cooking privileges
Includes up to 20 hours kitchen time per month
Overage hours billed at $15/hour

Commissary Membership, Business Scale Package - $540/month

Includes up to 45 hours kitchen time per month
