The Oaks Kitchen is the newest and most affordable commercial kitchen space in LA! Located in prime downtown LA close to the 10 and 110 freeway we also include parking! It’s the best place for your to operate your commercial food business. We have 30 individual kitchens that range in size from 220sqf - 650sqf.
Each of our private commercial kitchens are fully approved by the city and the health department. We have a walk-in cooler and walk-in freezers and dry storage that are all available for rent by the shelf as add-ons.
Each kitchen includes a commercial hood with fire suppression system. Also, each kitchen includes a 3-compartment sink: utility sink, hand washing sink and floor sink.
Kitchens are ready for any manufacturing - retail or wholesale. Again each kitchen is fully approved by the city and health department and are move-in ready for you to start your food business operations!
The facility is available 24/7 with east access and we are the only kitchen facility in the area that includes parking!
Our kitchens ranges in size from 220sqf - 650sqf and the rent is as low as $4500 a month which includes ALL utilities AND parking!!!
