    Description

    We offer a fully licensed and operational kitchen within our breakfast/lunch restaurant. Our hours of operation are Monday - Sunday 7am - 2:30pm. After that our kitchen and restaurant facilities go unused and are available to rent from 2:30pm until 11:30pm. Our 950 sq ft space offers a 72" flat top griddle, deep fryer, conventional oven, three door freezer, walk in refrigerator, four burner stove and three sink dishwasher. Perfect for catering or food preparation for mobile trucks.

    Pricing

    Our basic rate is $100/hr but we would be negotiable for a long term or consistent user.
