We are building* the first industrial scaled commercial kitchen in the Springfield area, our kitchen is over 4,000 square feet and will include a dedicated hotline & separate bakery areas, cold and dry storage, parking space with electric for food trucks; coworking space with indoor garden and yoga, a conference room to meet clients. Off street parking in an up and coming neighborhood blocks from the new MGM casino - where they now host weekly food truck roundups. Our kitchen even has a 400 square foot retail space, with a separate entrance on the street, where those who wish, may sell their food.
Our coworking space, upstairs, is outfitted as a restaurant and bar, where we plan to offer monthly restaurant popups to engage the community. We will also utilize this space for marketing videos, classes and one on one teaching. We are organizing our community with an intentional business incubator mindset; where we hope to build interconnectedness between creatives and cooks, where your next website or online marketeer might be the person you give samples to.
We are looking for member partners to join our community to help grow their businesses. Our space will be available 24/7 for community members, with scheduled access to reduce equipment load. We include everything in our prices: rent, utilities, sanitation supplies, storage; you pick how often you need access to the space and we work with you.
