We are the premiere Incubator kitchen. We are a Commissary for your Truck. A Ghost kitchen for your Virtual, Delivery only restaurant, a community of food lovers who share your passion.
We built the first industrial scaled commercial kitchen in the Springfield-Holyoke area. Based in Holyoke our kitchen is over 3,000 square feet and includes a dedicated hotline & bakery area, cold and dry storage, coworking desks & a conference meeting space to meet clients.
Our kitchen even has a 120 square foot retail space, with a separate entrance on the street, where those who wish, may sell their food. We have even have a food truck to help you get your food out of the kitchen and into the customer's Mouth.
We also utilize our kitchen for marketing videos, classes and one on one teaching. We are organizing our community with an intentional business incubator mindset; where we hope to build interconnectedness between creatives and cooks, where your next website or online marketeer might be the person you give samples to.
We are looking for member partners to join our community to help grow their businesses. Our space will be available 24/7 for community members, with scheduled access to reduce equipment load. We include everything in our prices: rent, utilities, sanitation supplies, storage; you pick how often you need access to the space and we work with you. Connect with us to discuss your business.

We use a basic monthly fee for 24/7 access and then charge based on equipment usage; so if you only need prep and storage space, you pay less than a full time baker. All of our plans are based on covering utility costs.
