We are the premiere Incubator kitchen. We are a Commissary for your Truck, bakery or catering business. A Cloud kitchen for your Virtual, Delivery only restaurant; a community of food lovers who share your passion.

We built the first industrial scaled commercial kitchen in the Springfield-Holyoke area. Based in Springfield our kitchen is over 1,500 square feet and includes a dedicated hotline & bakery area and dry storage.

We also utilize our kitchen for marketing videos, classes and one on one teaching. We are organizing our community with an intentional business incubator mindset; where we hope to build interconnectedness between creatives and cooks, where your next website or online marketeer might be the person you give samples to.

We are looking for member partners to join our community to help grow their businesses. Our space will be available 24/7 for community members, with scheduled access to reduce equipment load. We include everything in our prices: rent, utilities, sanitation supplies, storage; you pick how often you need access to the space and we work with you. Connect with us to discuss your business.

Pricing

24/7 access, utilities and equipment is included. All of our plans are based on covering utility costs. The easy formula for costing is your desired hours per month x $25/hour; that will give you a base cost idea. We have storage and other amenities for extra.

We have two options for members: Hourly or Monthly Subscription. If you are just starting out and are unsure of your needs, our Hourly plan is for you, starting $25 an Hour.

If you know how many hours you need then a subscription is best, at $20 an hour, plans start at $250 a month.
