All equipment is available to use, and we have just about everything. Tenants pay a flat fee based on estimated usage and storage space.
This would be a good space for pop up/event/off site prep, R&D, off hours baking, food trucks, etc. We cannot accommodate another delivery operation (Doordash, etc) but prescheduled pick ups and in house deliveries would be fine.
No one time or hourly rentals.
Rates are $125 per day and $250/month/per storage shelf. Utilities and cleaning supplies included.
