2500 sq ft facility with lots of natural light, heating, A/C, elevators, free parking. Spacious and clean. All equipment is owned by facility and available to use with training. Kitchen assistant also available to aid with production and cleaning, etc. Plenty of space to produce food products as well as R&D. Our kitchen is not suitable for bakers. It is ideal for food prep, hot fill products, photo shoots and other events, etc. We have: one 80G electric steam kettle, 35G tilt-skillet braiser; single piston filler, 8 qt commercial food processor mixer/emulsifier, full-size convection oven; induction cooktop; plenty of worktables, sheet pans, bowls, etc. Please note there is no range/stovetop. Temporary freezer and cooler storage available.
