Kitchen assistant also available to aid with production and cleaning, etc. Plenty of space to produce food products as well as R&D. Our kitchen is not suitable for bakers. It is ideal for food prep, hot fill products, photo shoots and other events, etc. We have: one 80G electric steam kettle, 35G tilt-skillet braiser; single piston filler, 8 qt commercial food processor mixer/emulsifier, full-size convection oven; induction cooktop; plenty of worktables, sheet pans, bowls, etc. Please note there is no range/stovetop. Temporary freezer and cooler storage available.
