There’s a large hot kitchen line and separate baking area with access to commercial equipment, large mixers, convection ovens, broiler, fryer and flat top. There is an outside gated/fenced food truck parking area for overnight or long-term parking. Food trucks can fill their fresh water tank and deposit trash and can rent space with or without access to the kitchen. The facility boasts storage for dry goods, catering supplies, freezer and cooler space, 24/7 access by passcode door and monitored cameras for safety. Tours by appointment only. Membership hourly prices are based on the number of hours booked per month with a three month contract. Hourly rates range from $16-22 per hour. Security deposit and cleaning deposit due upon enrollment.
