The Skript Kitchen is Vancouver’s newest dedicated gluten-free commissary kitchen and event space, designed to help food entrepreneurs to scale-up their business in a supportive and modern environment. Our 3,000+ sq. ft. facility is fully equipped with premium commercial kitchen equipment, dedicated workstations, and secure storage, giving you everything you need to scale your food production safely and efficiently. Located in Vancouver’s Olympic Village, our space sits between vibrant food neighborhoods and just minutes from downtown.

More than just a kitchen, The Skript is a place where collaboration thrives. Members enjoy access to a vibrant community of culinary professionals, as well as our versatile event spaces, perfect for hosting cooking workshops, tastings, product launches, or private gatherings.

Founded by Renée Chan, a Vancouver-based dietitian, chef, and entrepreneur, The Skript Kitchen was built on the belief that food should be innovative, inclusive, and nourishing. Our gluten-free facility ensures a safe and clean space for all, while our flexible memberships and modern amenities make running your food business easier than ever.
