Located in San Marcos directly between Austin and San Antonio, TheCoKitchen is a versatile shared-use commercial kitchen and commissary. We rent kitchen space monthly @ hourly rates. We are dedicated to maintaining a clean, organized, and friendly community space for local food startups, CPG's, ghost kitchens, mobile food vendors, bakers, artisans, and caterers and more. We also offer serving windows that retail directly to the street that leads directly into TX State University. This works well for our kitchen members that wish to retail their products or test the market.
Our Prep Kitchen Rate is $17/hr and our Main Kitchen Rate is $21 - $25/hr. Our mobile food park rates can also be found on our website. Our mobile food truck commissary pricing is $99/month.
