Description

Our WDSA certified kitchen is the perfect spot for tea and spice blenders to package their products! We have room for you to store your raw materials and finished goods. You can bring your own processing table and shelves and set up a dedicated area for your operation in our cozy space.
You will have access to large 3 hole sink, hand wash sink, dump sink, 2 bathrooms, pallet jack, loading zone, and food storage area, plus free wifi.
If you need a fridge, you can bring your own. Building is an antique, large equipment with heavy power needs won't really work here. We use compressed air for filling machine, so if you use air powered equipment, we can share the very quiet compressor or you can bring your own.
Evening and weekend access available, package receiving during business hours upon request.
This is a great opportunity for spice, salt, herb, and tea blenders, as well as potions, lotions, and soap makers. Potentially even candle makers!
