Our kitchen is less than a year old and very clean! It isn't crowded: we only have 4 tenants right now in a 6000 sq ft space. PLENTY of walk-in refrigerator space, PLENTY of dry storage and plenty of electricity (including 3-phase) for heavier, specialized equipment you might want to bring in. We have a ground level loading dock, plus a dock height receiving dock and pallet jack. Breakroom, two bathrooms, ice machine, 6 gas burners plus 2 induction burners, 4 ovens, a grill and a steam kettle. No freezer space, but plenty of room for you to bring in your own. no deep frying allowed at all. We have a tall chamber dishwasher and the largest size 3-compartment sinks they make. Brand new huge hot water heater. Hose cleaning system and floor drains for large equipment. There's a Safeway next door for last minute needs. Office space available for rent as well - enough room for 2 - 3 desks.

We don't have set rates, we tailor our pricing based on each businesses unique needs. We will only work with legal and insured companies. We run our wholesale hummus business out of the space, so to us, what's more important than high rent is whether you are a good fit to work alongside us and our staff. VIEWINGS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
