TOJO Commissary is a flexible, open, permitted, commercial kitchen located in Seattle. With space available for small and medium-sized food and beverage businesses of all types, this is the place to launch or grow your dream! TOJO features 24/7 access, an open floorplan, space for specialized equipment and storage and a clean, sanitary environment. The kitchen has recently been upgraded and we have PLENTY of walk-in refrigerator space, PLENTY of dry storage and PLENTY of electricity (including 3-phase) for heavier, specialized equipment that other kitchens cannot accommodate.

TOJO has a ground level loading dock, plus a standard height receiving dock and pallet jack. There's a Safeway next door for last minute needs. Office space is available as well. Full equipment listing below:

o Reach-in freezer space (approximately 450 cubic feet shared space, with remote temperature monitoring), with space and power for Users to bring in their own freezers

o 2 dish stations with commercial dishwasher and 3-compartment sinks
o Mop sink

Pricing

NEGOTIABLE RATES. Starting as low as $200 per month for very minimal use (e.g., some food carts and trucks).
