We are a local family business and we treat each other like family. Our catering business occupies the majority of our 8,000 sq ft commissary kitchen but we have a separate kitchen including, refrigerator, freezer, 12 burners, Double Convection Oven, Prep Sink, Dishwashing system etc. We don't typically rent by the hour or the day but make exceptions for existing businesses on a very short term basis depending on availability. Otherwise, we offer 6 month all inclusive subleases with 24/7 access. Security Cameras are in place in the building and we are in Totem Lake Kirkland 15-20 minutes from Seattle

Pricing

Generally our all inclusive rates range from $1,200 to $2,400 per month depending on the size of the available space. We offer 6 month rental periods with auto renewal options. After the first four months a sixty day notice to vacate is required both ways.

Deposit Amount

250.00 damage deposit plus first and last months rent.
