We ourselves started our wholesale businesses in a commissary kitchen so we know exactly what the pit-falls are and exactly how many commissary kitchens just take advantage of their clients. We are professional chefs & business owners and want to assist others in being able to do the same.
We offer start-up consulting at a very fair and reasonable fee as well as HACCP plans for Meat & Poultry and Fish & Seafood.
Minimum of $500 per month for 20-25 hours, then billed hourly at $25 per hour. Dry & Cold Storage is additional. A security deposit is required, as is all proper licensing and insurance.
