Our kitchen is for professionals only! And unlike most commissary kitchens we do not overbook or concern ourselves with how many clients we have. We keep to a very, very small number of businesses that are looking for a professional, hassle-free and drama-free space to work and build their concept. All of our equipment was purchased as new in the past year and is constantly maintained. Our space is super-clean and bright and uses Ecolab as our pest control services...everything we do, we do right.

We are a FL Department of Agriculture licensed and FDA registered facility. We will be USDA licensed in the next 12 months. We prefer that you be an FLDOA licensed business as well.

We ourselves started our wholesale businesses in a commissary kitchen so we know exactly what the pit-falls are and exactly how many commissary kitchens just take advantage of their clients. We are professional chefs & business owners and want to assist others in being able to do the same.

Pricing

Rates are based on your needs and paid monthly. A security deposit is required, as is all proper licensing and insurance.
