We are a Complete shared Commissary/Depot kitchen. Our oven is convection and all burners are induction (no fryers or grills). We are level 2 exhaust, so we don't fry. However, every appliance is available including full working triple sinks, refrigerator space, industrial mixer, warming drawer and many other small appliances for commissary use, we also have very limited small freezer space. We have designated NSF Shelving space for your dry goods and everything you'll need to get your business or food truck going. We have fifteen currently in kitchen. One is me. I work around others in kitchen. We have three full-time designated spaces for Caterers or Small Businesses, use unlimited (one coming open in January 2026. Just unpack and never moved your stuff. Get to your space anytime with exception of Midnight till 5 AM (insurance does not cover). We have just about every appliance you'll ever need. Utilities are included, cleaning products, trash, grey water disposal for Food Trucks, stainless NSF dishes and cooking utensils, use of Cambros and storage containers, paper towels for all to share. You will need your own knives, Saran wrap, food and basic supplies for your business and any personal items you might want. Everyone is responsible for their own cleaning, disposing of their own trash and cleaning up after themselves. Price includes a bi-weekly cleaner. Thermostat is set at 68 degrees year round. If you have proprietary equipment you need for your business, please discuss with owner when touring as it must be approved. We only have one 220 outlet, so make sure your equipment uses 120v. We also use a three sink system and dish soap and cleaning supplies are provided, however, everyone is responsible for their own dishes and clean up, which includes taking out your trash. We do have a trash dumpster in back for access. Parking is available, however food trucks may not park overnight. Kitchen is a part of Douglas County and Carson Health.
$600 a month for Full-Time use; $800 for Permanent Space Full-Time and $350 a month for Part-Time (call for hours available as we work around each others needs. $300 a month for Food Trucks from out of County with limited needs; $350 for Food Trucks that need Part-Time kitchen use and dry or cold storage. $25 an hour for those just needing a Commissary, plus deposit for owner to sign your Depot form. The Kitchen Includes: Refrigerator space for all except hourly limited use people and Food Trucks that are self contained, limited freezer space is available and must be approved before entry, all utilities (water, sewage, electricity, gas, and trash/oil dump for Food Trucks and grey water drain), use of all appliances, a triple sink to wash your dishes and soap. We also offer secure Wifi and a secured by alarm facility. Hours kitchen can be used are 5AM to Midnight daily. $300 a month for a Food Truck that just needs a little dry storage space and a few hours a week to prepare for their truck. We can offer grey water disposal and have an oil drop near our dumpster. If you're interested in Hourly usage or from out of county. There is a 3 hour minimum for hourly renters and you must be pre approved through health for the county. Reach out to me and we can talk. There is an extra charge if you are using an excessive amount of Electricity for your Proprietary equipment. You will be given notice when and if this ever happens. There is a $50 application fee for processing all your paperwork and key; the holding deposit of $250 is just for holding your space at kitchen and being removed from waitlist. If you clear quickly or are already cleared in county and it is quick for you to process, I will apply towards your first month. If it takes you weeks to get cleared than it is a hold deposit to save your space. Rent is always paid on the 1st of the month and prorated for second month to get you to the first of month.
