We are a Complete shared kitchen. Our oven is convection and all burners are induction (no fryers or grills). We do not have proper ventilation to add broilers, grills and deep fryers. However, every appliance is available including full working triple sinks, refrigerator space. Limited freezer space (we do not have a walkin). We have designated space for your dry goods and everything you'll need to get your business or food truck going. We have ten currently in kitchen. One is me. I work around others. We have three full-time designated spaces for Caterers. Just unpack and never moved your stuff. Get to your space anytime with exception of Midnight till 5 AM (insurance does not cover).

Pricing

$500 a month for Full-Time use; $600 for Permanent Space Full-Time and $250 a month for Part-Time (call for hours available as we work around each others needs. Includes, Kitchen usage, refrigerator space, limited freezer space, all utilities (water, sewage, electricity, gas and trash), use of all appliances, a triple sink to wash your dishes and soap. We also offer secure Wifi and a secured by alarm facility. Hours kitchen can be used are 5A to Midnight daily. $200 a month for a Food Truck that just needs a little dry storage space and a few hours a week to prepare for their truck.
