We offer convenient and affordable kitchen rentals for small food-based businesses. Located in Longwood, we rent to businesses from all over Central Florida including Orlando, Deltona, Seminole County and more.
If you are looking to grow your food business, a commissary kitchen is a great choice. We offer our commercial kitchen at hourly rates to fit with your schedule and business needs.

We are a Florida Department of Agriculture Permitted Kitchen as well as a Licensed Hemp Food Establishment. We are also FDA registered.

We have multiple membership packages to chose from starting at $120/month with a $100 1 time member fee.

Our Food Truck Rate (for self-sufficient food trucks only) is $800/year with no member fee.
We offer wastewater dumping, sink/washing, and kitchen permitting only for food trucks. No water collection available at this location.
*This rate is available for self-sufficient food trucks only. You must have the ability to make food on your truck with a 3-compartment sink.
*No food truck parking

Some of our kitchen renters are bakers, food truck owners, caterers, coffee roasters, food packaging, CBD makers and more. We are a FDACS Hemp Permitted Facility.
