The Worcester Regional Food Hub Kitchen provides a variety of services for start-up and existing food entrepreneurs, including hourly kitchen rentals, technical assistance, workshops, and support.
Housed within Union Station in Worcester, Massachusetts, the Kitchen can be rented by the hour at an affordable rate. We also run the Fitchburg Public Market at 35 Main Street in Fitchburg.
Food Hub staff will meet with every prospective member to understand their goals and help them gather the resources they need to succeed.
In addition to the kitchen facilities, the Food Hub provides tailored services supporting both business and culinary development. We offer training, workshops, and referrals to business development experts, marketing resources, and financial sources.
Membership fee of $20 per month. Pricing is $20 to $30 per hour with no minimum commitment.
