Open 24/7, the kitchen supports a wide range of food vendors — from bakers and caterers to small-batch producers and food truck owners.

Because it’s a certified cold kitchen (no open flames permitted), it’s perfect for preparing baked goods, chilled items, packaged foods, and other creative offerings. Whether you’re producing for pop-ups, food trailers, wholesale accounts, or local markets, this flexible space is designed to help your business succeed.

We believe in supporting Kauaʻi’s local food community by keeping our rates reasonable and our environment collaborative. The kitchen is also available for special events, tastings, and pop-up experiences, bringing people together to share and enjoy what our community creates.

Plan A: $20/hour, minimum 10 hours/month
