Wash and put away dishes, clean and sanitize work surfaces, and leave shared areas ready for the next chef.
Respect the Tools of the Trade
Use equipment properly, follow instructions, and leave everything clean and ready for the next person.
Make Room for Each Other
Keep aisles, exits, and walkways clear so everyone can work safely and comfortably.
Label with Love
Label ingredients, products, and supplies with your name, business name, and dates as required. Use designated storage and always ask before borrowing.
Share a Smile and Some Kindness
Respect each other’s schedules and workspace. Offer encouragement and lend a hand when you can—your kitchen neighbor could become your next collaborator!
Keep Mama in the Loop
Report damage, equipment problems, or other concerns promptly. Questions are always welcome—we’re here to help.
Put Food Safety First
Follow all food safety requirements and kitchen policies, including handwashing, required hair restraints, and preventing cross-contamination.
Close with Care
Follow shutdown procedures, turn off lights and equipment when no longer in use, and make sure doors are securely locked before leaving.
