    Turn-key commissary kitchen in South Florida. It's nearly 3500 square feet with ample open space for storage/prep, additional walk-ins etc. The open space that is carpeted will be epoxied upon the current tenant moving out so that the area can be used for prep and/or storage ( the current tenant didn't care about the carpet because they used that space solely for storage). The location features private restrooms, a walk-in cooler, a walk-in freezer, gas appliances under the large hood system, a turn-key dish room, office or storage closet, grease trap, dry storage space, and ample a/c. We ensure that all of our locations are inspection ready, and we can obtain all necessary food licenses for client on client's behalf.
