    Large, clean modular bakery space, over 4000 sq ft, full size dock access, with options to use Revent rotating rack ovens, Nicholson rotating shelf oven with capacity of up to 42 full size sheet pans; mixers, SS tables. Walk in freezer and cooler on site. Separate temperature controlled processing room (1700 sq. ft) with floor drain available. Filtered water available.
    Ingredients used must be kosher certified. Organic raw materials preferred. Only vegan raw materials can be used.
