Are you looking to expand, or find a better place to work and make your products? We are a candy/baking kitchen and shop in South San Jose, looking for a creative, hardworking individual to share our space. Our kitchen has A/C, which is good for doing sweet items that require a controlled environment (we also have a dehumidifier if necessary), perfect for making what you need without hurting your product with excessive heat and humidity. If you make savory things, that's okay, too.

Here is a list of our equipment:

1000 sq. ft space
Two traditional ovens
One convection oven
Walk-in refrigerator
6-burner stove
Electrical around the room, good for mixers
Plenty of table and storage space
Temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled environment (we have A/C and a de-humidifier)

Space may or may not be available, as this listing is up year round. First/last rent is due on the first of the month. Hourly rate starts at $30/hour, with the base price of $600/month (20 hours per month). If you are going to rent with substantially more hours per month, the hourly rate will go down. Rent includes dry and walk-in refrigerator storage shelves in proportion to how many hours you rent.

We have evenings starting at 7 pm until mornings until 9:30 am all week, and ALL DAY on Saturday and Sunday, which is perfect for those who do events or farmers markets. More time is negotiable, of course, and please understand that we will have a couple of occasions where we will need to come in to work on the weekends, but it's just a few times a year.
