Description

Our kitchen has been built around short-order / solo cook operations, and right now, we have some open windows & days available for anyone whose needs may be fulfilled by our equipment. It has a gas oven range: 24"x20" Flat-top with under 'salamander', 6 burners, w/ 2 bay oven. We also have 30lbs Deep Fryer, and a light duty meat slicer. Counter space, 20gal 3 sink for washing the pots and pans, and shared (with the business) walk-in fridge space, and possible dedicated freezer space. Our pots, pans, and other cooking implements are available for use onsite as well. We are willing to work with your needs on a case-by-case, 'first come first serve' basis.

There will be some stipulations on certain resources within the kitchen, as there is still an active business operation which takes priority. Basically a 'you break it, you buy it' agreement. But for one-off cooking for a large party, or needing prep space for catering or emergency cook space, we think we can help if you give us a chance!

Pricing

Sundays to Tuesdays are open for rental time. Rental needs will be discussed and pricing adjusted to what is isn't being utilized. Early morning (6am - 10:00) or late nights (7:30pm - close of business) rentals on Wed - Sat is possible, but will need discussion on a case-by-case basis.
